Outlaws Trading offers a satisfaction guarantee to give our customers complete satisfaction. When your order arrives, check each item carefully (immediately please). If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return that product for an exchange, credit or refund.
Returns & Replacements
Merchandise may be returned in a new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Special orders, drop ships, custom merchandise or “free shipping” orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a minimal restocking fee. All Clearance sales are final and no refunds will be allowed.
Refund Process & Timeframe
Outlaw Trading’s processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: Once we initiate the credit for your return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.
We will make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Outlaws Trading is not responsible for typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors.
You may not combine special offers like (free shipping, coupon codes, sales, clearance, etc.) Normal exclusions apply for all promotions. (May not be used on Ropes, Sale Items, or Farm and Ranch Supplies)
Damages & Shortages
Immediately contact the delivering carrier and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported to Outlaws Trading within 72 hours.
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. In addition our shipping department is closed on Saturday and the store is closed on Sunday. If you place an order on Friday there is a chance your order will not process and go out until Monday. In an effort to minimize waste and lessen our impact on the environment, please note that your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box and will not include a packing slip.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges. Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy liquids and larger sized items. Oversized packages (larger than 12″ x 12″ x 12″) may require additional shipping charges based on prevailing rates.
Outlaws Trading reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified.
Outlaws Trading partners with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship your packages. Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS. Free Shipping orders and smaller items are shipped by USPS. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm which carrier was used for your products.
UPS Shipping – Delivery in 3-5 business days after placing your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
USPS Shipping – Delivery in 5-10 business days after placing your order. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. At its discretion, USPS will attempt one to two deliveries. If someone is not present to accept the package, USPS may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local post office or returned to sender. If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your local post office for details.
If you place your order before 3pm on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3pm on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on item availability.
Our warehouse does not ship packages on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
All Free Shipping Promotions may have exclusions – items will be noted as such. Returns on FREE SHIPPING orders may be charged a minimal restocking fee. If you have any question as to whether your order qualifies for free shipping, please call the store for verification prior to placing your order.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Outlaws Trading reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to require additional payment for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us before reshipping.
Drop-ship items are shipped directly from the vendor. The delivery of your items could take from 7-14 business days after placing your order. Drop-shipping is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available. Promotion codes, including discounts and free shipping codes may not apply. Drop-ship items will not have tracking information available.

These rates are averages and are subject to change depending on sizes/weights of actual items ordered, we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary.
